Located in the Ridgewood Queens neighborhood of New York City this project consists of a 2400 sf addition to a existing single family house. The project is designed for a modern furniture collector/dealer and his family. The primary element of the addition is a large loft like Gallery space for the exhibition and storage of furniture, with a mezzanine living space above, overlooking the Gallery. In addition, an extension was added to the rear yard to include a new Kitchen, Dining and Outdoor Deck on the Ground Floor, and a new Master Suite Bedroom on the Second Level.
