HOT POT RESTAURANT
HUNAN, CHINA
A design for the flagship outlet for a Hot Pot restaurant includes the interior design and facade replacement for an existing commercial space. The design focused on joining the interior and exterior through a wooden ceiling canopy creating an intimacy to the large space. Within the restaurant are a series of private dining rooms in Cones that divide the space into smaller dining areas. A double height space at the lobby and a flowing entry stair highlight the ceiling and visually connect the two levels of dining rooms.
