The project involved the design of a new office building for the City Parks and Recreation Department. In addition to city offices, the project included rentable office space, a community meeting center, Library, and Cafeteria. The concept of the project was to integrate the building into the riverside park landscape so as to maximize the amount of green space to be maintained. On the ground level are community spaces that allow easy pedestrian access from the park. Above the plinth are 2 office buildings which were raised to maintain daylighting and views to the adjacent park and river.
